Case Study 1 – Orthodontic Class II

Treatment was with braces in the Damon System customized with Insignia. Total treatment was about 15 months with braces & elastics and without removal of any teeth. She came to our office because her her upper front teeth had started to become loose. The looseness was because her lower front teeth were hitting the roof of her mouth behind the upper front teeth which was compromising the bone of supporting the upper front teeth. Correction of her deep bite not only improved her smile but also resulted in better stability for the upper front teeth.
