Case Study 80 – Deep bite with multiple molars and premolars missing

Treatment was with braces in the Damon System prior to our use of Insignia.  Treatment was to address the deep bite and absence of multiple premolars and molars. Total treatment time was about 20 months with braces.  Treatment was to reduce the depth of his bite and to create a better bite so that he could have his missing teeth replaced/restored after braces were finished.  Treatment was without a palatal expander.  He had treatment prior to implementation of custom treatment protocols with Insignia.
