Case Study 56 – Crossbite
This patient had clicking of her temporomandibular joints and had a functional shift to her bite. Also, she seemed to be lacking space for eruption of her maxillary lateral incisors. Her family decided to proceed with phase I treatment with braces in the Damon System. Treatment lasted about 10 months. She did not have any teeth removed, nor did she have a palatal expander.
