Case Study 54 – Frankel
This patient’s lower jaw (mandible) was too far back, so she had a Frankel retainer which she wore for about 9 months full-time. After full-time wear, she wore her retainer at night time until the remaining permanent teeth erupted. Her family was pleased with the appearance of her smile, so she did not have a second phase of treatment.
