Case Study 26 – Narrow Smiles
Treatment was started with Invisalign. She had 10 months of treatment with Invisalign at which time there were concerns with lack of movement of one tooth. Her treatment was changed to braces with the Damon System customized with Insignia. Her treatment in braces lasted about 5 months. Her smile was broadened to create space to fix crowding. Total treatment time was about 15 months with a combination of Invisalign and braces but was without removal of any teeth and was without a palatal expander.
