1. Initial Examination by me personally: At your initial visit, you have an examination from me. The staff is there to help, but the exam is done by me and no one else. You have time for "one on one" questions with me, your doctor. I do not leave diagnosis and treatment planning to anyone else; it is too important. Also, this gives you a chance to get to know me. If treatment is determined to be appropriate, you will be spending time with me regularly for your treatment. While having exceptional care is important, feeling comfortable with your orthodontist is important too. I feel that we can provide both the care you expect and the comfortable, friendly atmosphere that you deserve.
2. Our doctors place the braces (not the assistants): Our doctors are the only ones in our office who put braces on the teeth. The placement of braces is an essential aspect of orthodontic care. My staff is highly skilled and very professional, and, while some offices have assistants place the braces, we at Bandeen Orthodontics believe that
placement of the braces is one of the most important steps of your
treatment, setting the stage for the success of your treatment. Braces
should be placed by a doctor and treatment should be determined
by the orthodontist, and that is what happens at our office.
3. A doctor sees every single patient: We are different because of our attention to detail. Even though our staff is one of the finest around, our doctors see every patient who comes to our office. 6. Damon Insignia: In
addition to the Damon System Braces, we use the Damon Insignia system
for computer aided treatment. Through the Damon Insignia system, we
have the capability of having our braces placed "virtually" with the
aid of computer modeling so that the end results are in mind
before the braces are even placed on your teeth. Also, wires are
custom made to your particular treatment needs rather than just using
standard sizes. The Damon Insignia system is not the only computer
aided treatment model available, but, in the opinion of our doctors, it
is the absolute best model available.
